• Name and email address — provided at checkout, used to issue and communicate your license key.
• Site URL — used to validate your license against a single registered site.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Paddle. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials.
• Transaction ID — stored to prevent duplicate submissions and for support purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To issue and manage your license key.
• To deliver plugin updates and Pro feature data.
• To respond to support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage

Customer data (name, email, site URL, license key) is stored on our secure backend server. Payment processing is handled by Paddle — see Paddle's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Paddle — our payment processor (necessary to complete your purchase).
• Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Cookies

Our backend uses a session cookie for admin authentication only. Our marketing pages do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

6. Your Rights

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your license is active and for a reasonable period after expiry for support and legal purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

We use HTTPS, secure session handling, and HMAC-verified webhooks to protect your data. No system is 100% secure — please keep your license key confidential.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on this page.
